1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Ahaa AI Private Limited ("Ahaa AI", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. These Terms govern your access to and use of all websites, products, and services operated by Ahaa AI, including but not limited to this website and the Paramvani platform.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Ahaa AI provides:

• AI-first software products including Paramvani, a spiritual AI platform
• Custom AI development and consulting services for businesses
• Machine learning, data engineering, and software development services
• Information and content through our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@ahaaai.com
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use or enjoyment of the services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our services without prior written consent
• Use our AI services to generate content that is harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our websites and products — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are owned by Ahaa AI Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

6. AI-Generated Content

Our products, including Paramvani, use artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and experiential purposes only
• Spiritual or religious content generated by Paramvani is inspired by sacred texts and should not be taken as definitive religious authority
• Ahaa AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for how you use or act upon AI-generated content

7. Payment Terms

For paid services or products, the following terms apply:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added where required by Indian law
• Payments are processed securely by authorised payment gateways
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahaa AI Private Limited and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahaa AI Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Ahaa AI is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000 and related rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes before resorting to litigation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
